Local 3338 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees represents over 1200 workers, mainly at SFU campuses. Our diverse membership is spread among 7 Bargaining Units, with 7 different employers.

Call for nominations for the CUPE Local 3338 Executive Board

Nominations are now open for the following positions:

  1.  President
  2.  1st Vice President
  3.  2nd Vice President
  4. Secretary -Treasurer
  5.  Member-at-Large

Each position is a 2 year term, commencing January 1, 2019 through to December 31, 2020.

Nominations are also open for:

1 (one) Trustee position, one year term (January 1, 2019 through to December 31, 2019).

Please email the Union Office if you are interested in running for one of these positions, nominations will remain open for a minimum of 14 days.

Message to members: Member Services Coordinator

After 14 years of service with CUPE Local 3338 Member Services Coordinator Jan Gunn has left her position with the Union. The Union would like to thank Jan for all her years of service, and we wish her well in her future endeavors.

Whilst the office of the Member Service Coordinator is vacant the local will be taking this time to assess its needs and will present those findings to the membership in the Fall as part of its Strategic Plan, Part II.
